Our optometrists, together with our experienced eye care staff, strive to assist each patient with quality, cutting edge, vision solutions and exceptional customer service. Maintaining healthy eyes requires regular eye exams and our practices in Downtown Miami and Miami Beach provide all of your vision care needs. We gladly accept insurance plans at our offices and will help you maximize your vision insurance eligibility and coverage, making sure you get the most out of your benefits.
We strive to provide the most comprehensive eye exams and utilize the newest ophthalmic equipment and technology. We are pleased to offer our patients high tech equipment during their annual eye exam. We utilize digital exam equipment, offer optical coherence tomography, retinal/internal photography, Optos Optomap, external photography, visual field screenings as well as diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases.
New Patients
We understand that your first visit to the eye doctor can feel overwhelming and we try to accommodate all new patients with a comfortable and organized facility.
Our staff has taken steps to prepare you for the first appointment by providing a full spectrum of the services we offer and the option to complete our new patient form prior to your visit. Our goal is to cover everything you need with a full and efficient assessment, but without waiting to see the doctor.

Again, January 2025 we were treated very well. Dr. Roth, Phil & all the staff. We are very thankful, grateful for the great wonderful help. Phil de Souza was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone on staff was very friendly and efficient. Doctors, the equipment, the store were absolutely the best, new. clean. First time my wife and I visited and Eye Desire is now our Eye Care & Optical provider. No need to fly to LA / Marina del Rey anymore. Between Eye Desire, Dr. Gene Neytman GP, Mount Sinai Hospital, Dr. Alan Nieder, Dr. Zach, Dr. Katz & dr. Rivlin, dermatology we are totally taken care of locally. Everyone at Eye Desire is amazing! Dr. Ashley and Dr. David are top notch! I have been wearing glasses for more than 30 years, and Eye Desire is without a doubt the best eye experience I have ever had. They are all knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and patient. They always take excellent care of their me and my family, even suggesting tools we might not even know exist! At Dr. David's sugestion, two of my kids have been wearing Ortho-K lenses for years. They sleep in the lenses each night, take the lenses out in the morning, and they have 20/20 vision all day. Its amazing! No need for glasses! I cannot recommend Eye Desire enough. Go now and get some clarity in your life!
