Dr. David Roth is a graduate of Illinois College of Optometry and has been in private practice for over 30 years. He is a board certified Optometric Physician as well as a certified Orthokeratoligist (Myopia Control). He is also a Refractive Surgery consultant to TLC Laser Center and Millennium Laser Center. He practices general optometry and specializes in custom contact lenses including RGP, sclerals, keratoconus lenses, and myopia control/orthokeratology. He is a second-generation optometrist and is very knowledgeable and personable.

Dr. Ashley Roth graduated from her father’s and grandfather’s alma mater, the Illinois College of Optometry, in 2014 and she is a board-certified Optometric Physician (Optometrist). She decided to become an optometrist at age 13 and is thrilled to be following in her family’s footsteps and continuing to serve our Miami and Miami Beach community by providing excellence in eye care services.
She practices full-scope optometry with a special interest in Glaucoma and Dry Eye. She is a speaker for Johnson & Johnson Vision and presents to other doctors around the country on Johnson & Johnson Acuvue contact lenses. She is also a Refractive Surgery consultant to TLC Laser Center and Millennium Laser Center.

DR. RACHEL SHLOMOV
OPTOMETRIST
Dr. Shlomov was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from CUNY Hunter College with a major in Biology and a minor in sociology. During her undergraduate career, Dr. Shlomov split her time between being a full-time student and a full-time ophthalmic technician. She worked closely with ophthalmologists at the Brooklyn Eye Center and the Glaucoma Consultants of NY. It was there that she first felt passionately about restoring patient’s vision and ocular comfort. Dr. Shlomov went on to pursue her second Bachelor of Vision Science degree and Doctor of Optometry degree at NOVA Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During her fourth year of optometry school, Dr. Shlomov completed her externships at Braverman Eye Center with a focus in ocular disease and South Florida Vision with a focus in primary eye care. Her internships at NOVA Southeastern University focused on specialty contact lens and dry eye.
Dr. Shlomov is now based in South Florida and provides services in diagnosing and treating dry eye syndrome, speciality contact lens and myopia control. She is fluent in English and Russian.
CINDY RIVERA
OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN
Cindy is our friendly receptionist at our Miami Beach location who will check you in and out of your eye exam, verify your insurance benefits, and perform the pre-screening before you are examined by the doctor. She is also trained to perform various ophthalmic imaging and diagnostic tests including retinal photos, retinal scans, and visual fields.
